Afraid to fail...again.

September feels like a fresh start. Since entering my 50's my weight has gone in one direction only - up, up and up. None of the old tricks work anymore. I love food, mostly healthy food, I quite like exercise, but I can't boogie like I used to. This will be a whole new game plan. I need to lose 50 pounds. Hopefully, this accountability thing will help me stick to something.

    Welcome to the community! <3

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

Make this the last time you start this process. Eat the foods you love, stay in a calorie deficit, and lose weight.

I'm 61. If I can do this, so can you. 😀

    Buy a food scale.

    Good luck with your journey!
