What happens to 1 day of excess calories

So i seriously blew it last night. After a great 2 week streak, i came home from a horrible day at work and anesthesized myself with a large bowl of tortellini, followed by two whole 100 g chocolate bars. I also had a spoonful of dulce de leche. I dont feel bad or guilty about it because i was really hurting and needed it but i am curious where all those excess calories went. Do they turn into fat immediately?

No, it takes time for your body to digest things. Nothing is immediate.
Also, looking at your diary, combining yesterday with the day before likely balances out to maintenance levels anyway. Thus, you probably won't gain weight. Any immediate increase in weight is likely water retention, so don't panic if you suddenly weigh a couple pounds more. Wait a week and you'll likely see that it's all fine.

To the bolded: No you really didn't. You can't blow anything in a day you just log it and move on. I don't know how much you are trying to lose each week but assuming it is 1 pound a week you barely even went over your maintenance calories.
Weight loss is not really that fragile. Our perception of it can be (mine once was) and that can be trouble. One of my founding rules to my own weight loss was that I don't have to lose weight everyday just most days. I have lost a lot of weight and I have not been perfect doing it.
I am really glad you don't feel bad or guilty. That is a very healthy attitude.9 -
