    What do you want to work in particular? Hamstrings? Back? There are a tonne of other exercises you can do for hamstrings or back that aren't deadlifts or hip hinge rows.

    Do rows with your chest on a bench. Takes the pressure of the back but you can still hit the muscles hard.
