Fitbit syncing to MyFitness Pal

Any resolution to this issue? I have Fitbit steps that have not synched with MyFitness Pal. Thanks!

    Rebooting my phone fixes mine

    Not syncing to my Fitbit and restarting my phone did not help.

    You need to confirm in the MFP app (or web account) that setting for StepSource is set to Fitbit, AFTER you have gone through the MFP process of linking them, and accepting on the Fitbit side.
