Day 2 logging my food

It was pretty sad yesterday when I had to look up my password because I'd forgotten it. That tells you I haven't used this app in forever. Now I'm back at it and I can't believe how conscious I am of what I'm putting in my mouth when I know I have to record it. Here's hoping the novelty doesn't wear off and I stick to it.

Make it a habit, like brushing your teeth, you can do this.5

This. Just keep doing it regardless. Time will keep on passing so you might as well do something towards your goals most days.3 -
I have a white bord on my fridge. I have to also remind myself to log my food. Hope that helps0

The hardest part for me in the beginning was logging even on days where I indulged and went over calorie budget, but I made a committment and I've now been logging daily for 441 days. It now feels like a normal part of my routine. Continue to log, even on the days you don't feel like it, and you will form a new habit. Happy logging 😊1
