Widow, gained weight and would like to take it off. Have a hard time sticking to any type of diet.

    Without sticking to any type of diet, tracking and logging food here can be a great start just on it's own. It can be an eye opener.

    I've been a widow for about 10 years. I think I knew even from the beginning, I would eventually date again and didn't want to let myself go.

    Small changes and tracking can get you going in the right direction.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
