Hi all
I am Jason. I just turned 45 yesterday and I am new around these parts.
I am so glad I found MFP as it seems the best way to track what I eat and exercise. I myself need discipline.
I am new to weight loss and diet but yesterday I missed how I looked and felt in my 20's and 30's.
I am 6'2" and weight 214. I would like to get to 185. I am all set up on MFP and have my daily intake set.
It's the exercise i really need to work on. I am out of shape and it is so hot and humid in Sc i can hardly stand being outside. I am so ready for fall to be here..:)
Just wanted to say hello and great to be here. I am sure I will be asking questions soon. Haha

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

Welcome! Mfp is a great tool to use - make sure you check the accuracy of the food database when you use it - there are some wacky entries in there!0
