I probably have done this 4 or 5 times. I focus on work, get disappointed with life, gain advancement at something, then ignore my physical fitness to spare more concentration for the important objectives in my path. Now my fitness objectives can no longer be ignored. I am 23 lbs overweight, and 2lbs under my max allowable body fat %. It's time for group work, CrossFit, nutrition clubs, social media blitzes and massive gains!
