I’ve just started here and i’m hoping to find others who need friends to help motivate them so we can do this together!

Please friend me also. I have 115 lbs to lose. Have lost and gained it several times. I want this time to be the last. Started again July 22nd and have lost 24 lbs. Would like motivated ladies with open diaries to help each other reach our goals.5

I ultimately have about 100 lbs to lose, but that is too big a goal for me to tackle right off the bat - so my current goal is only to get about half that, maintain it for a bit, then work on the rest.

Managing weight can be the same. The idea of spending 2 or 3 years to lose 100lbs can be daunting so, instead spend a week losing 1lbs and do that 100 times.6 -

Hey y'all! I have at least 100 lbs to go but right now I'm aiming to lose about 50 because baby steps. I lost about 80 lbs in the 2 years leading up to getting pregnant....now my kid is almost 4 and I've gained the weight back plus a bit more. Starting over again for the last time.
SW/CW: 271 lbs
1st GW: 225 lbs
2nd GW: 150 lbs and re-evaluate from there.
