Hi
I'm trying to find an app that I can set a timer to beep eveey 15 seconds or every 30 seconds, etc.
It is partly for doing static holds and partly for running sprints. It doesn't need to be a running app, and I don't care about either features ie distance or speed.
The stopwatch in my phone wont do it, either will the running app I currently have.
Any suggestions?

You want one that does intervals. There’s one called Interval App for HIIT I used to use for stretching.0

if you search your app store for "interval timer" you should find may options. Choose a free one that allows you to create your own workouts.0

Hey I really recommend the "gym boss". It's a stand alone configurable timer. I messed around with apps, but got annoyed with the screen locking, or ads or just not working like I wanted. I don't like to take my phone to the gym, the gym boss is awesome.0
