Thats my story and im stickin to it!

Hey. I love mfp.
I came here..logged daily for 3 months, and lost 30 lbs. I feel off the wagon and got back on a few times in the fourth month before I pretty much put the while thing off for a while. I gained back 5 lbs. I done want any more of that back! So today, im going to start fresh. I was looking for a challenge thats right for me but I just dont know which one! So, im making up one as I go lol.
Today being day 1 for me im challenging myself to:
*Update my ticker with this mornings weight
*Fill a tea pitcher with water and keep in fridge to drink all day
*Make healthier choices at meal times today
*Make diary public again
*Log everything I eat and drink today
*go for a walk this evening
*make a new mfp friend to support
I plan to update my ticker once a week...probably mondays
That's my plan to get back on track for day 1.made it public to hold myself accountable!

Thats a great plan!! I have a friend that keeps me in line..it's a good idea!! I know she's watching and I really think twice before doing something I shouldn't. Yay for you for getting back on track before you gained it all back...like so many of us do! Stay at it!!0

Good for you!!!.....sounds like you will do great as you have in the past....I could use a new buddy for support too i have been up and down alot since i started mfp..i have lost over 80 on my own and would like to lose another 60 but it has gotten harder....Add me and we could help each other....today i plan to log everything, drink more water at work, stay under or at my calorie intake, and after i get kids together after school i plan to make exercise time for my self.....good luck!!!0

Good for you. I just made my food diary public too. Even though I was actually logging everything I figure if I have a few over days my support friends will say "bring it in girlfriend" and every day they already make me feel great about what I am doing. Welcome back and feel free to add me.0

Thank you ladies! So far so good...reading this reminded me again I need to focus.now that ppl know the plan I have got to provide results! Good luck to all mfp and remember to lead by example!0
