Iv started back after a year off and gaining 5 stone
I’m working out 500 calories a day via walking up hill, bike and running.
How long does it normally take to lose weight?

I’m generally not changing my diet much as Iv always eaten same for years. But not been gym for like over a year now lol

Just wondering now I’m back 5 days a week what time scale I should be aiming for and any tips thanks

Welcome back to the community! <3

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

Buy a food scale if you don't have one. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Good luck with your journey!

Ok thanks I generally don’t eat that much I think it’s more the wine 😬🍷 don’t get me wrong I like ccinese and curry but yeah also settled down and got comfy 😂🙈 and I’m getting older it’s not good haha

Iv been good all week and gained 5lb but I imagine it’s muscle or water weight from repairing muscles?

I’m a bugger for when I start eating I stay hungry where as if I don’t eat all day and eat at tea time I can hold off so don’t eat much.

Any ideas on good food sources that I can eat which will stop me being hungry after I eat first meal of the day? I know it’s such a bad habit I have but done it for years

I also suffer extreme heartburn if I eat anything heavy few hours before working out

    Thanks
