I’ve just started here and i’m hoping to find others who need friends to help motivate them so we can do this together!

    I have plateaued @217 for the past three weeks. Any suggestions on how to jump start my losing weight again? It such a struggle!!

    I ultimately have about 100 lbs to lose, but that is too big a goal for me to tackle right off the bat - so my current goal is only to get about half that, maintain it for a bit, then work on the rest.

    Starting weight 274
    Current weight 260
    Current goal - 199
    Ultimate goal - 160

    I've lost 20lbs since May, so I now only have 90lbs until my goal.

    Starting: 272
    Current: 251
    check-in goal: 225 (was 250, but I hit that yesterday so I got to set a new one!)
    Ultimate goal: 160

    I have to lose weight in order to have my back surgery I desperately need. I’m not able to exercise so that’s hurting me but I’m still trying! I have the app and I log everyday! Started 8/8/19 and I’ve lost 7 lbs so far. Feel free to add me so we can help motivate each other!

    Hey y'all! I have at least 100 lbs to go but right now I'm aiming to lose about 50 because baby steps. I lost about 80 lbs in the 2 years leading up to getting pregnant....now my kid is almost 4 and I've gained the weight back plus a bit more. Starting over again for the last time.
    SW/CW: 271 lbs
    1st GW: 225 lbs
    2nd GW: 150 lbs and re-evaluate from there.
