Oatmeal: interesting...

I was just watching a video on runnersword.com and the nutritionist said don't buy flavored oatmeal, it has too much sugar. She said it is better to buy plain oatmeal and then add your own brown sugar, jam, or honey, or whatever you wish. Just thought I'd share, I've been buying the flavored ones!

    My trainer used to tell me the same thing. I have gotten sick of oatmeal... But I have been buying the less sugar fruit and creme kind. Its still bad, but whatever

    I found out that the weight control kind has even less sugar! It's hard to not have too much sugar in your diet, especially if you drink milk, and eat yogurt and flavored oatmeal!

    I eat the lower sugar kind, because I just can't stand the taste of the weight control kind. I guess I would get used to it if I tried it enough.
