Hello everyone just wanted some advice on breakfast lunch and dinner ideas. I have been trying to loose weight for a long time. I skip meals then end up eating more then start to gain weight, so just wanted some advice on healthy eating and what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner within my calorie deficit. My allowance is 1200

    Don't complicate things more than needed.

    Eat what you want to eat. Have stew for breakfast, and cereal for dinner if you want. It doesn't matter so just eat whatever food you feel like eating as long as it meets your calorie target.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Eat the foods you love. Stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight. Do you like to cook at all or do you eat out a lot?

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
