Hi I’m Kevin I’m new to mfp. I’ve been counting calories for 40 days now and I’ve ha reasonable success. Looking to glean wisdom from others in the community thanks

    lets all work hard together ^^ counting calories really does help people stay on track, def is doing it for me. though im getting into a habit of being too obsessed with it :( so i need to not be so analytical about the measurements and calorie count when im off by like even just 1 haha

    but i have alot to lose so feel free to add me if you want :D

    Agreed an know how u feel. I started 32 days ago and have lost about 14 pounds gotta long way to go but siked to go through it with others
