lets all work hard together ^^ counting calories really does help people stay on track, def is doing it for me. though im getting into a habit of being too obsessed with it so i need to not be so analytical about the measurements and calorie count when im off by like even just 1 haha
but i have alot to lose so feel free to add me if you want1 -
Agreed an know how u feel. I started 32 days ago and have lost about 14 pounds gotta long way to go but siked to go through it with others2
