Back at it again

It’s been almost two years since my lowest weight, and I’m about 15 lbs away from my highest but I refuse to let it get there. Life has that way of making you say, it’s been hard but it’s time to get on track for real this time. I’m excited to go forward with a healthy lifestyle to keep me on my feet at my job for the next many years!

Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
