    Also new here today. Goal is 80 pounds. I'm using XLS Nutrition shakes as a kickstart. I tried them earlier this year and lost a stone but kind of fell off the wagon due to personal reasons and then school holidays, luckily I only put a few pounds back on cos my kid keeps me on my toes!

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
