What is best when trying to stay on track with my Macros. Sometimes I feel like i am forcing down protein and veggies when I am not hungry. I am already eating at a calorie deficit and train 2 hours a day. Should I keep forcing the food or back off??

What is your weekly average rate of loss like? If you are losing at the desired amount or quicker than the desired amount while forcing yourself to eat (often around 1 pound a week but maybe a little more or a little less, depending on how much you lose) then you need to eat enough so that you don't lose too quickly. Continue to force yourself to eat. If you are not losing much, or nothing then back off. It is most likely that there is inaccuracy in logging and you are eating more than you think you are.

Thanks for the advice I am losing rather quickly and need to stay closer to 1lb a week. I am weighing all my foods so pretty accurate. I’ll keep putting down the protein even when it’s hard lol.0

I don't pay much attention to the macros. I focus on staying in a calorie deficit.
That said, if your body requires a certain macro due to exercise, then you should follow that route.1 -
What do you have your macros set at?
How quickly are you currently losing weight, and how long have you been trying to lose weight? It’s common in the first week or so to lose a lot of water weight quickly.
How much weight are you trying to lose total, and what pace of loss did you choose in MFP?1
