Trying to keep going when the going slows down!

I've dropped over 25% of my body weight in the past 310 days - trying to keep that in mind as I am tempted to skip workouts, eat bad foods, or let up in any way. Because I need to drop ANOTHER 20% of my starting weight before I am in a "healthy" range. That will be a much slower slog than the past several months - it might take a year or more to get it done. So I try to focus on workouts that I enjoy (regular brisk walks instead of boring cardio machines, body weight workouts that do not require special equipment or a trip to a gym) and so far this has kept me having fun with the process.

Congrats on your great successs. You have a very helpful perspective. It took me 6 months to lose my first 50, 8 months to lose my second 50, and 14 months to lose my last 50.2
