I am new and trying to figure site out. Yesterday was my first day logging food and I came up short. Is there a way to check at the end of day to see if you need more? Is there a good way to learn to get around? Gave up trying to get mail to work.1

Hello online peeps. New to all the "stat connectivity" thing. Giving the UA suite a go as well as Strava with Garmin Tech. Mostly ride bikes, also swim and will run if there's bribery involved. Thinking of getting into Zwift over the coming winter.
I've got fatter and fatter for 15 years since stopping regular sports (used to be a rugby and hockey player). Time to do something about it.
Ultimate goal is to lose a third of my body weight, within a realistic timescale. Started at 156kg September 2019. Aiming for 105Kg (my old fit weight as an adult turning 30), by 2022.
Joined this place to understand how, and to learn how to eat properly.0
