Here it goes! My results Row the World Challenge

The first picture is from the beginning of July when we first started the Row the world Challenge. The last picture is today. I pushed hard to burn serious calories to help my team and I am seeing some good results. Of course I still have a long way to go, but there is progress.

The challenge was great and really keep me going when I didn't want to.

    Thanks everyone! I also forgot to say I went from 178.2 in July to 165.6 this morning.

    I knew I should gave started saving for a rower. Which one are you using?

    It was a challenge that was done recently. Not actually a rowing machine. Sorry. I accomplished most of mine by running.
