Breastfeeding

Is there a way to put in the app that I am breastfeeding so that it will create a more realistic calorie goal?

Nope. Your best bet is to discuss a reasonable calorie goal with your doctor and then enter that as a custom amount.1

There is a "breastfeeding" listing under exercise - cardio calories, if you wanted to be able to adjust it every day.
Or you could change your goal settings to "maintain my current weight", and let your breastfeeding create the deficit for you. Or you could change your activity settings to a little higher to account for it.
But just pick one of those and stay consistent.1
