I'm doing the 30DS right now & I'll be started it over on September 1st.
Instead of just redoing the Shred, I am going to do it twice a day, every day, for 30 days.
I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing this with me.

I would love to hear how you get on as I currently do a HIIT 40 minute routine (spread out throughout the day) and was thinking of doing 30DS twice a day by building up doing it once a day with 20m HIIT for 30 days and then after a short break doing the 30DS twice a day but only if I can manage it as I have back problems. The exercises are pretty straight forward although I'm worried about the jumping.
Let me know how you get on, would love to know how much you tone up etc on this.0 -

It's b/c it is a very small calorie burn (120-150 cals for me) you are better off doing it 1x a day for some strength training and then 30-60 min on a cardio machine for 5-6 days a week in order to lose the most fat while building and maintaining muscle. Good luck!0 -
Hi Ya'll!
