Egg sandwich open faced

This recipie is 187 calories and is very delicious, I honestly love it and it is surprisingly filling.

You will need

1 piece of bread

One egg

Mayo

Tumeric

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Instructions

1) Boil egg for desired amount of time

2) cool egg down in water

3) peel egg and mash it up, add desired amount of ingredients, I only added a slight bit amount of each because it is only one egg.

4) toast your bread

5) put egg on bread

6) garnish plate with a pickle or some sort of vegetable you enjoy

Now enjoy, don't forget to drink your water and remember you are worth it.

    Looks very delicious! I use the same bread but without the honey and the calories are only 70 per slice. :-)

    I have used MyFitnessPal to save my life literally many times. I have to lose 25 lbs and wait until December keeping the weight off for my bariatric surgery. I weight 298, I am ashamed of myself. I have dropped 5 lbs in 5 days, I keep my calories around 1200. I am scared to eat anything over 200 calories. I just want this 25 off and be able to show that I can maintain it. Any recipes that anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tonia.
