Keto success at 60

I’m 60 been here a year lost 60 lbs strict keto. Just had a hip replacement. I’m here as a testament any one can do anything.Also 4 years sober.Not here to brag only to help.

    Kudos to you..I can only imagine your struggle and the great feeling of elation you must have. I am on Keto and love it..my energy levels are up..never have the "need to eat" voice in my head, which by the way is clearer than when I ate wheat and sugar. I am 76 by the way..thanks for posting.

    Brag away! That is a wonderful accomplishment!

    I bet recovery was leaps and bounds better with the combined weight loss and diet changes - congratulations all around :)
