Female Disabled Veteran Just turned 50

Just signed up. Can't exercise very well because of back injury and knee problems. The orthopedic doctor said the pool is the only way and some sit down exercises. I had to give my Daughter the pool and it doesn't get cleaned every day. The nearest pool is 4 dollars a day and free Silver Sneakers pool at a gym is too much gas money to get to 3 times a week or even once a week. Help! I have a good spirit and a lot of Faith. I just need support and motivation. Thank you :)

    You can find many suitable "sit down" exercises on youtube. Just do a search. The important thing about losing weight is that you weigh your food and count your calories. Do you have a kitchen scale?
