Staying consistent

I’m a full time college student that is trying to get my health back on track, but make it permanent. I’m a vegetarian, and I try to work out at least 3-4 times a week. I’m here for the support, and to not be alone in my journey.

    Consistency is definitely the challenge. Keep your goals attainable and maybe start small to build confidence.
