just checking in here! After a week of writing down my diet with pen and paper I found this app which is soooo much more convenient :)

Anyways, I'm from Belgium, 33, 1m92cm tall and currently weigh about 101kg

Up until my mid twenties I played basketball almost on a daily basis but when I got a severe head injury I decided to call it quits. I missed a lot of time at work because of it and it wasn't worth it to me anymore. To this day I have repercussions from that event which is 6-7 years ago.

Ever since I gained weight, not a whole lot but about 1-2kg a year up until 105kg 2 weeks ago. The trigger to start losing weight was my girlfriend telling me I seemed lifeless, no energy. So she invited me to her crossfit's introductory lessons. It was the boost I needed to adjust to a healthier lifestyle.

I'm using the app to track my diet and it keeps me in check, I absolutely love it.
