Sometimes I get into these very inspired and motivated fits where I will plan out a whole weight loss journey at 12am when I should be asleep... to then wake up the next day and not do a damn thing I planned to make my life healthier. This time I want to hold myself accountable. I always give out very motivational advice & never apply it to myself. I want to make a change.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
