Currito- calories?

I got the Mediterranean bowl from currito for lunch today, it had brown rice, chicken, feta cheese, cucumber, hummus and onion. I don't know how to determine for sure what the calories for it should be..

    There's no way to know "for sure" how many calories are in anything that we eat. Luckily, close enough is close enough. The more you can narrow down variables, the closer you can get.

    Eating food that someone else prepared introduces a lot of variables. Even if a restaurant lists calorie amounts for foods, that's just a ballpark since individual preparers may not stick to the exact amounts and food preparation methods used for the samples.

    The best you can do, at this point, is to estimate the amounts of each ingredient and any added fats that might have been used in the cooking.

    If you can find a similar dish at a different restaurant that has calories listed, you might use that. Depending upon the restaurant, I'll add the food to my diary as 1.2 to 1.5 servings to account for the variation in tested and actual serving sizes. For example, I've bought Taco Salads from Taco Bell that weighed 40% more than the website said that they should.

    ETA: I see that apullum found the website. That gives you a better starting point than having to estimate per ingredient or use a different restaurant's website.
