Hello! I’m Katie, a brand new member of my fitness pal and am excited and nervous about starting this journey. I’ve tried to lose weight on my own many times and have always given up. I am hoping this new system and support will help me keep going! Don’t be a stranger!

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
