At last! 40something male trying to slim down

So, in january 2019 I decided that enough was enough and I had lose some weight. Starting at 212lbs, I wanted to get to 170lb on July 1st. Never quite managed, but today, I’m 169.6lb. July and August I didn’t manage to lose very much, but things seems to start moving this month. So I’m delighted. Still need to lose around 10lb, so that’s my next target. 160lb by November. It was hard sticking to it and seeing no movement for those weeks, but it does work! yg7p8cjdhnes.jpeg
