I’m Angie I have just started this program trying to loose about 20 pounds. I use to be very fit and went to the gym 3 times a week. I am now in a full time management position and I haven’t seen the gym. I figured I needed to start somewhere 😊

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
