I did a few years ago, through a lot of exercise (I didn't know anything about nutrition, but worked out so much I got myself into a calorie deficit), then I had a car wreck and couldn't work out, still ate like crap so I gained 130 back. During recovery I learned a lot about nutrition and built a plan for me, not a diet, but a way to fuel my body and workouts that I enjoyed and can still do. I've lost 50lbs since 1/27/19 without surgery. Had a couple off weeks and gained a bit back, so I'm at 43.4lbs down now, but I fixed my missteps and am confident I'll be back to, and past 50lbs before I know it. It's very possible to do without surgery!
  • I have lost 100lbs in 1 year... best choice I have ever made and I believe it’s a choice, a life style choice.
