I did a few years ago, through a lot of exercise (I didn't know anything about nutrition, but worked out so much I got myself into a calorie deficit), then I had a car wreck and couldn't work out, still ate like crap so I gained 130 back. During recovery I learned a lot about nutrition and built a plan for me, not a diet, but a way to fuel my body and workouts that I enjoyed and can still do. I've lost 50lbs since 1/27/19 without surgery. Had a couple off weeks and gained a bit back, so I'm at 43.4lbs down now, but I fixed my missteps and am confident I'll be back to, and past 50lbs before I know it. It's very possible to do without surgery!2

I've lost 115 pounds, 97 pounds since february 2018 after I gave birth to my second child.. those 18 pounds I lost before second pregnancy after I gave birth to my first child (18 months between children)
this is me today: 136 pounds
and this was me at 233 pounds
and this was me at 251 pounds
I changed my diet. it is like 80% of my success. I weighed myself every day, just to keep up with fluctuations and I started this program and counted calories.. stayed under 1590 kcal a day, I cut out most bread (only eat one slice of bread a day) and I also cut out dairy products.. no fat like cream, cheese, milk etc.. but I took calcium supplements instead and I use soya milk instead.
I also started jogging, bit by bit.. I only could jogg for 30 seconds in the beginning but now I can jogg more than 20 minutes and have now started crossfit training and other group trainings at my local gym.. but DO NOT give up!! it takes time and baby steps. I've been overweight most of my life and I did it, so can you πͺππ€
