Hi everyone! I've been on MFP for ages, but I've fallen off the wagon so many times. I currently weigh in at the heaviest I've ever been at ~175lbs, and I need to make some lifestyle changes. I've gotten my mental and emotional health back in check, now it's time to take ownership of my body again 💪 looking for some friends on here! It's inspiring to me to see others on their journey, and most of my friends haven't been on here in months. Feel free to add me if you want! Thanks for listening

I’m going through the same thing. The only difference is that I’m happy with my 175 lbs. I started at 421lbs. back in the beginning. I am however trying to lose the last 15 lbs. My fitness pal helps me be accountable to someone other than myself. Just like you, all of my old fp friends are mia from the app. I too feel inspired by other people’s wins and success.0
