    Very interesting! I was just talking to someone today about having my BMR actually checked. There happens to be a NIFS place here in town that does it, apparently! When I used the link, I did get a BMR very close to what MFP calculated as my daily caloric goal. My net calories were below that for the first time last week (I thought I was doing great) and I lost absolutely no weight. I was bummed after losing around 2 lbs/wk for the past 4-5 wks. To think that I might need to eat more to lose more... did I die and go to heaven? :happy:

    I love this! And its pretty accurate with the Katch McArdle formula I have been using.
