Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's see if we can do 200.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I did it, I did it!0

i wasn't able to check this till almost 5 my time. But I did get in 100 each arm of a tricep workout using 10 lb weights.0

I was able to get in 107.0

I ended up getting 150 in. :happy:0

I got in an even 100. I actually didn't think I'd get in more than 50 so I think I did okay!0
