Almond/coconut bread?

I've heard from some people that I should replace the keto-friendly bread I make with more protein-heavy foods so that I am not as hungry all the time, and they even say I should avoid those breads altogether. Is this true?

    Almond flour and coconut flour tend to be more dense so I'd keep an eye on the calories but I see no reason to avoid these breads🤷
