This weight loss journey can be very frustrating when you are doing everything right but the scale does not show your work ?

Welcome back. Note the scale will always show your work, just not right when you do it. You don't have to do 'everything right', you just have to do 'enough right' for long enough, and you patience is rewarded.11

What do you mean by “doing everything right”? We see a lot of people posting here who are convinced that they’re doing everything right, but it turns out they have incorrect ideas about what’s necessary to lose weight. Weight loss requires nothing more or less than ensuring you are consistently in a calorie deficit, and being patient once you have done so.1

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!0 -

Welcome back.
How has it gone the last few months since you stopped posting here? Have you managed to lose weight? What did you learn from your previous threads that you have actually applied in your weight loss journey?2 -

If you've seen no progress since June and your weight is the same, unfortunately that means you have been eating at the calories you need to maintain at.
Are you tracking your calorie intake and using a food scale to weigh your food?
It can take several weeks sometimes for the scales to move, I have went as long as 6 weeks and then all of a sudden have got a 'whoosh' and lost a few pounds. It takes being consistently at calorie deficit.
