    Congrats! I am excited too, I am down 11 pounds in a month on 1200 calories! I've already noticed my face and tummy look slimmer and I've only had to take my acid stomach medicine twice in a month which is remarkable!

    Keep at it... you can reach your goal as long as you keep your focus and stay positive. Take progress pictures along the way. :)
