Struggling lose weight after stopping smoking 6 year ago
Have a underactive thyroid which is a pain lately! Am 5ft 1 .and 10st

    I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. It’s tough but I found my body reacted well to minor reductions in calories better than larger reductions. If I reduced cals by 500 less per day I wouldn’t lose weight but if I reduced by about 250-300 I’d suddenly start losing... super weird but maybe give it a try?

    It's hard.. but achievable IAM the same way and I've lost probably around 8lbs in the last 2 months.. you got this
