Motivational buddies

Hi all
I'm new here looking for people to start my journey with and motivate each other!
I started trying to lose weight 6 weeks ago I've lost 11lbs so far (it's been a bit up and down)
But I want to concentrate more on my fitness and health overall rather than just losing weight!
I love walking and trying to progress to jogging/running as it's what I used to love doing, but I also want to try start doing hiit workouts.
Cant wait to get to know you all 😊❤

    I love jogging/running. It’s my main excercise. Along with hiking and weights.
