Juicing help

Does anyone have any tips on counting calories for juicing? I've been adding up the calories for the whole foods, but I know some of the calories are taken away because of the pulp that gets tossed. Thanks!

I did a google search and I came across this on http://caloriecount.about.com/log-juicing-ft73773 and http://www.ehow.com/how_5155227_count-calories-juicing.html
This is a clip from the 1st website, which was confirmed on the 2nd website:
Actually, when you extract juice you take the fiber calories out of the total calorie count. I think all you need to do as a rule of thumb is to multiply the fiber not consumed by 4 and then subtract that number from the total calories of the drink.
(I looked it up and there are 4 calories for every gram of fiber)0 -
Steroids are never the answer.0

What does steroids have to do with juicing?0 -
I usually do a bit of food database searching, as there are already some great juices listed in there... I just might have to combine a couple of them and divide it down to the amount I drink.0
