I’m 56 now and recently found out that my Blood Pressure is through the roof.
I need to lose weight (many stones), exercise (I’m totally inactive), eat healthily (cut down on cheese and bread) and drink water (not red wine).
Some friends to help along the way would be great.
So here goes... 🤞

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
I have bread and cheese every day and lose weight by staying in a calorie deficit.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
