"rings" style workout for lower body ?

Hi, I've been lifting weights for awhile and started incorporating some work on the gymnastics rings for variety. I really love it. It's intense and challenging in a different way than my usual heavy lifts. I really wish I could do something similar to the rings that would target my lower body. I thought of plyometrics, adding more single leg work, and/or standing on a BOSU for some exercises. Any ideas?

Parkour
If you have 2 Bosu trainers, try jumping lunges on them, one foot on each trainer, on the rounded side. It's crazy fun.1 -

Those are the common ones for beginners, each with many variations, jumps added, side lunges, sprinters, glute bridges, ham curls, mt climbers, etc. anything you can do on the floor you can do on TRX and more. Keep looking. Here are some programs.

I do primarily calisthenics (including ring work) for upper body, but honestly I feel like I have to add weights for my lower body. I mean, I'll do pistol squats and stuff, but I just don't feel that bodyweight for lower body is progressive enough. I will say that I was hugely sore after doing a bunch of back flip practice, so I've started incorporating more jumps into my routine. And I do really like Nordic Hamstring curls and exercise ball curls.1

YES!! Exactly. I feel like the rings challenge my upper body, but bodyweight exercises for lower don't since my legs are used to carrying my body around all day.
Thanks for the ideas! I've actually been working on pistol squats and really enjoying the process. Definitely want more like that.0
