What should I eat in one day of 1200 calories????

    There is no right or wrong foods, whatever satisfies you within your calorie goal.
    Having said that, are you sure 1200 is your calorie ceiling? That's the lowest recommended amount for a sedentary female.
    Use the stickies at the top of the getting started forums to help you calculate your goals.
    Eating a very restricted amount might help you lose weight but will be difficult to keep up.

    Last time I had a 1200 calorie day I had a breakfast burrito, coffee with milk for breakfast, shrimp and zucchini for lunch, a HUGE salad for supper, and a pineapple yogurt and 1/2 cup frozen yogurt for snacks.
    It was not on purpose. I aim for 1500-1600 calories a day. It was just what I really wanted that day.

    Eat the foods you love. Stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
