MFP = the BEST

Started to use MFP to lose weight after spending a total of 7 months off work due to knee problems and subsequently a knee operation. I spent a total of 10 wks on crutches, the majority of which was non weight bearing and managed to put on 21 lbs in extra weight!
I set myself a target of losing that... and managed to do so in 7wks. But I am STILL losing weight and am currently at 24lbs loss - making me 12st 7lbs, the lightest I have been for over 15yrs. [In fact it felt so easy with MFP it is harder to plateau the weight loss, when you start to realise just how much you can eat on 1500cals lol]
