Hi everyone! This is my first time on this site, ive been overweight my whole life, played lots of different sports, mainly team related and as a result of my weight have knees that are aching and need replacement and I have two herniated discs in my lower back...and im only 40! its time to get rid of this extra weight and fit into normal clothes instead of size xxl!

Welcome. It really works just logging what you eat. It is amazing how just being accountable to what you put in your body makes you think twice about eating it. I was a mindless eater (and still am) if/when I do/did not track the food. It may seem tedious and time consuming but IF you want to lose the weight it really needs to be done. Good luck on your journey. It will work as you work at it!0
