Petite Women 5"2" and under weight loss

Hi! If you are a woman 5"2" or under who logs her meals and is active on mfp.. please add me. I can't relate to tall people with over 2000 calorie goals. 😫

    I log most of the time and are active on mfp. I'm about 5'2. My calorie goal is 1700 because that is the goal my nutritionist set for me. ;) I will add ya!

    Please don't make the same mistake that I did believing that 1200 calories is enough to fuel you! I suggest you google TDEE or BMR calculators. They factor in age, height, activity level & etc. That will give you a more accurate picture of how many calories YOUR body needs!

    @Cutemesoon According to TDEE I should be eating 1041. BMR 1015. So I put it up to 1200 and honestly that's a lot for me. Maintenence is around 1450-1500. 3 different nutritionists have given me the 1100-1300 range while cutting. I should also note that 100 lbs would be a healthy weight for my height and frame and that I'm barely 5 feet tall.
